This tablet IS compatible with AT&T BUT does not come set up for in from the box. I spent two hours on the phone and we finally figured out that you need to manually change this. Settings, Mobile networks, Access point names, (if already an option, select ATT broadband. If not, you select "add". Change the name to "ATT broadband", APN to "broadband", APN protocol "default, mms, supl, hipri, fota", APN select IPv4, don't touch anything else. SAVE! Once saved, select it and you should be good.
Seller was great and item arrived on time. It was new and in unopened retail packaging. It worked right out of the box on 4g lte with my phones att sim. However with my old tablets sim the apn settings had to be changed to att broadband. Google "att broadband apn setting" att has a web page dedicated to configuring non att decices. Also just a note to us customers. The device is an international version. It will say 4g and 4g+ when it has an lte connection. Speed test it and prove it to yourself.
It's a great tablet to buy and nice color
I bought this to replace older Samsung Galaxy Tab A. It is very user friendly with clear sound and graphics. I an very happy with this purchase!
