Phone is fantastic!

I love the size the storage space and the overall features it came with like face, finger and has something called biometrics security patch that I've not even checked out yet. The phone is efficient and has great battery life! Charges up in a flash too unless you have taken it down to 2% then it will take about 15 or 20 I think to get back up to 100%.

Chipped/cracked screen when I opened the box.

Trying to get a replacement. I have not dropped the phone at all, and it has a cracked screen. I just got it one the 13th. I thought I saw a chip when putting my screen protector on, but thought there's no way. A few days in I see a cracked going across my screen. Hopefully we can get something figured out.
