Works as much as one could expect

Bought one for the wife and I and we just left from activating them on our carrier. We have Metro and both phones came unlocked and were seamlessly added to the network. The battery on mines is ok but my wife's is fantastic. Fingerprint scanner works flawlessly and the phone is blazing fast. I'd say given what we paid its about as good as you could reasonably expect. Maybe even better. We're really happy about our purchase.

Like new and a great phone. Upgraded from a S9 to a S9+.

Came looking like new, not a scratch or print on it. Attempted to power it up but it needed to charge for awhile. It wouldn't fire up on the charger either, after 15-20 minutes on the charger it could be turned on. Thought I had a bad one, was about to send a nasty email. But one last try proved me wrong. Extremely satisfied, I would definitely purchase one again.

Very happy with this phone

The phone arrived looking brand new. I have T-Mobile service, so took it to one of their stores and they transferred everything from my very old phone to the new phone - contacts, text messages, even apps.( I did have to re-enter usernames and passwords in apps.) I have no complaints. The S9+ is a great phone and I got it for the price of a Moto G7. I'm still under the Amazon 90 day warranty; if anything changes, I will update this review.

Good buy overall

I got a great deal on a great phone 💯 However, the charging cord was crap within two weeks it was coming apart. Not cool. I got a rapid response but have yet to see a replacement charger 5 days later. However I'm extremely happy about the phone, it was unlocked but I went with sprint anyways.

Switched from iPhone 6s

My iPhone 6s finally gave out. Switched to this gently used and refurbished S9. Transferring apps photos and contacts was more than a chore. Had to use my google account and google photos multiple apps and my computer to get everything off the apple platform. After that it's been smooth sailing. Like the phone. Blazing fasts ample storage and easily synchs to my numerous devices. At a great discounted price from the almost $1k new phones are demanding today.
