Beautiful phone with not a lot of wear.

Phone wasn't a unlocked device so it wouldn't work with at&t. The phone seemed to be in really great shape but it was an a Verizon phone even though it had a sim card slot.

A great phone BUT...

The phone was great but had to return it. Had a problem getting network access. Since neither Prime, Consumer Cellular nor Samsung would/could resolve the problem, had to resort to a phone sold by Consumer Cellular (to establish network-access accountability). That phone F20S is also great BUT it's too large & way too expensive for a senior.
